Job Roles for Genpact Recruitment 2024 – Backend Software Developer

As a Backend Software Developer at Genpact, your primary responsibilities will include:

Building and developing backend applications using Java 8 and Java 11.
Integrating existing APIs (REST/SOAP) to enhance business functionalities.
Developing complex business logic on AWS cloud platforms.
Working with AWS services and database systems like PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, and NoSQL DBs (e.g., DynamoDB).
Implementing microservices architecture for scalable solutions.
Collaborating in CI-CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this Current Job Opening for Freshers, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
Strong proficiency in Core Java with hands-on experience in Java 8 and Java 11.
Good understanding of AWS services and microservices architecture.
Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, or NoSQL DBs (DynamoDB preferred).
