Job Roles and Responsibilities

As an Associate Software Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and executing reusable and maintainable automated test scripts.
Working closely with software developers to identify and resolve defects.
Ensuring the quality and functionality of Windows-based applications.
Leveraging automation testing tools like Test Complete to enhance testing processes.
Contributing to test strategy development and continuously improving testing processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product functionality and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++.
A strong understanding of automated test procedures and technologies.
Knowledge of automation testing tools like Test Complete.
An analytical mindset with the ability to approach problem-solving creatively.
Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
