Job Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Functional Software Test Engineer Intern at Qualcomm, you will play a critical role in testing software functionality on multiple operating systems and platforms. You’ll work on debugging, analyzing, and triaging complex system-level issues, focusing on video and gaming applications, network transmission, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional software testing across Windows, Linux, and Android platforms.
Utilize your programming skills in C, C++, and Python to write and modify test scripts.
Analyze and debug system issues related to Linux/UNIX, Linux drivers, and Linux Kernel development.
Develop expertise in wireless transmission systems such as 802.11 standards and video technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: This position is open to freshers, ideally with up to one year of relevant experience.
Skills: Proficiency in C, C++, Python, a solid understanding of Linux and Windows OS concepts, and knowledge of AI/Machine Learning technologies.
