Job Description
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at EXL, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive talent management initiatives, foster employee engagement, and ensure the implementation of HR best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements
