Job Designation: Service Desk Analyst

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a similar role will be advantageous but not mandatory.

Skill Set:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk tools is a plus.

Job Description:

As a Service Desk Analyst at Wipro, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming service requests and incidents via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Documenting all interactions and resolutions accurately within the designated ticketing system.
  • Contributing to knowledge base articles and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Location: This position is based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with potential opportunities for remote work based on project requirements.
