Job Roles and Responsibilities
As an AM in Finance & Accounts, your role will involve:
- Overseeing daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Participating in regular tax audits and payroll preparations.
- Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Job Requirements: Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Experience: Applicants should have 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
