Job Roles and Responsibilities

As a Payroll Analyst at Teradata, you will:

Manage and process payroll for our employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with various departments and vendors to deliver error-free payroll services.
Take ownership of special projects and drive them to successful completion.
Utilize your expertise in ERP systems like SAP, Peoplesoft, Fusion, ADP, and others to optimize payroll processes.
Leverage your strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
Proficient knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
Experience or strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Peoplesoft, Fusion, ADP developed software (Workforce, HCM, Payforce, etc.).
Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong project management, detail-oriented, organizational, and time management skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience with Europe Payroll processing in a multinational company environment is a plus.
