Job Title: Software Associate Engineer – SW/App/Cloud Tech Support

Qualification:

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers / 0 – 1 years

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, C/C++, HTML/CSS
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Test Automation
• Knowledge of Automation in Application Maintenance and Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
• Basic understanding of Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships

Job Description:

As a Software Associate Engineer, you will be part of the Technology for Operations (TFO) team, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and develop innovative solutions
• Leveraging Automation in Application Maintenance methodology to implement automation in various projects
• Working on Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation projects
• Solving routine problems using general guidelines and precedents
• Engaging in ticket-based and non-ticket-based automation efforts
• Implementing automation solutions involving AI, RPA, and custom bots for various tasks
• Working as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined scope of work
