Job Roles and Responsibilities
As the Manager of Sales at DXC Technology, you will be responsible for:
Managing Client Relationships
- Overseeing relationships with Manufacturing and Large Enterprise clients in North India.
- Partnering with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Team Management
- Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed growth targets.
- Conducting accurate forecasting and presenting sales intelligence reports.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Designing and implementing a strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) plan to expand DXC’s client base.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including new accounts and large deals.
Partner Relationship Development
- Incubating and nurturing strategic partner relationships to drive mutual success.
Market Awareness and Collaboration
- Staying informed about market shifts and DXC’s offerings.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 14 years of experience in the IT services industry with exposure to the domestic market in North India.
Skills:
- Proven experience in bid handling and implementing price-to-win strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performance sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
