Job Roles and Responsibilities
As a General Accounting Specialist at IBI Group, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the financial health of the company. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Voucher Entries in BST and Tally: Ensure accurate and timely voucher entries to maintain up-to-date records.
- Reconciliation of Tally and BST Accounts: Regular reconciliation to ensure consistency between accounts.
- Preparation and Reconciliation of ESI/EPF/PT/TDS Reports: Handling statutory requirements with precision.
- Coordination and Assistance for Statutory Audit: Prepare financial statements and assist in audits.
- Coordination with Banks: Manage all banking matters, especially related to Bank Guarantees for new projects.
- Development of Business Processes and Accounting Policies: Strengthen internal controls through documentation and process development.
- Preparation of Financial Reports: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports adhere to accounting standards.
- Review and Knowledge Sharing: Perform reviews before closing books and share insights with the team.
- Reconciliation of Fixed Assets Register and Accounts Payable Entries: Keep a meticulous record of reconciliations and payable entries.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
