Job Role: Process Executive IT Service Desk
As a Process Executive IT Service Desk, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the voice, chat, and email channels. Your role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Freshers – 0-1 Years
- Location: Pune, India
- Salary: 4 LPA
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Skills Needed
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Good to have MS Office knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of customer service skills for voice, chat, and email communication.
- Effective probing and analyzing skills.
- Ability to multi-task between voice and data entry tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to resolve customers’ issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Mandatory experience on L1 Service Desk/CS-Semi tech.
- Multiple chat/dual chat experience is required.
- Ready to work in 24*7 shifts.
Experience and Qualifications: What We Look For
We are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree and basic computer knowledge. While prior experience on an L1 Service Desk or customer service in a semi-technical role is mandatory, we welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow with us.
