Job Role: Associate Software Engineer Backend Developer
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to design and develop robust APIs that cater to internal and customer needs.
- Write high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit and integration tests, to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements.
- Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems in the cloud, enhancing application performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and developers to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Evaluate and recommend system solutions by weighing the pros and cons of custom development versus purchased alternatives.
Job Requirements: Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in backend development using NodeJS and TypeScript.
- Expertise in database systems with a solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Couchbase).
- Strong programming skills in Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, Python, and familiarity with functional programming in Scala.
- Thorough knowledge of Object-Oriented programming and engineering principles like SOLID.
- Experience in writing unit, integration, and API tests.
- Ability to develop and tune RESTful API services for large-scale applications.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular JS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
