Job Role: Associate Software Engineer Backend Developer

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with frontend developers to design and develop robust APIs that cater to internal and customer needs.
Write high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit and integration tests, to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements.
Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems in the cloud, enhancing application performance.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and developers to ensure alignment on project goals.
Evaluate and recommend system solutions by weighing the pros and cons of custom development versus purchased alternatives.

Job Requirements: Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in backend development using NodeJS and TypeScript.
Expertise in database systems with a solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Couchbase).
Strong programming skills in Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, Python, and familiarity with functional programming in Scala.
Thorough knowledge of Object-Oriented programming and engineering principles like SOLID.
Experience in writing unit, integration, and API tests.
Ability to develop and tune RESTful API services for large-scale applications.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular JS is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
