Job Roles and Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Prospect Application at PhonePe, you will:

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To apply for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Skill Set:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond to different scenarios.
Active listening and objection handling.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must. Knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus.
